Hi, I am also glad to have found this site and the support you give each other is wonderful. I also have lots of painful memories that I carry most of the time and my brain never stops. It wears me down and I need help. I have not done a liver cleanse yet and am not sure where to begin. I read if you have parasites not to do a liver cleanse first, but I feel I need one bad. I'm not sure if I have parasites but probably do. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome with everything that goes with it. I want to be well. Does anyone have any advise. Tweet
