Wow, I got a response from Spirit! I feel honored. I've spent probably about 30 hours reading this website over the last week, and found out that you are the one that got this site started. I can't tell you how grateful I am for this site. For the first time in my life I feel like I can have control over my health!

I just ordered some gold coin grass. I couldn't find it locally, so I have to wait for it to be shipped from Canada. The woman I spoke to at the health store said that the reason I threw up the OO (Olive-Oil) after 7 hours was probably because I had a stone plugging up the duct and bile couldn't get out to help me digest it. That sounds to me like a good explination because all night it just felt like the olive oil was just sitting there in my stomach.

I read that Andrea Moritz said that it's pointless to flush sooner than 2 weeks because you need to give the stones more time to move down. I was holding off flushing for that reason. I still have time to start a flush today, so I'll go ahead and give it a try if you say it's okay. I'm feeling good today, expect for the pains. I feel like the stones are moving since my pains seem to be migrating. I'm just ready to move them all out!! Tweet
