The Miracle of fasting,,written in the 1950s,,Jesus fasted only on water,,there is a reason,, the enema thing well thats still debatable

your good health food store should carry a copy

read and learn more on the Pure distilled water fast.

I have only found that with short fast then build up,,Read his
book,,then look at other hyginist theorys
