Thank you everyone soo much for your help. All of your advise has helped me to have a much better experience with The Master Cleanser . Unfortunately, I have taken it into my best interest to stop the program. I feel that there will be a time in the future when I can be on the program with limited physical activity in my life. thank you soo much
