I've done 2 flushes, about one week apart. I've taken the normal doses Dr. Hulda's recipe, except the first dose I accidentally took 2 TBS. (Not fun for my first time!)

The dose of ES I took today was 1 TBS. Maybe I should tone it down. Not hard to talk me into a smaller dose! I did have diarreah and it was pretty yellow. Is that bile?

I'm planning on doing my 3rd flush this Friday, which will be one week from my last one. I'm doing them closer together since I'm still in pain.
