I would think that too much of one thing is not good for you. While you may enjoy the cayenne, your liver and kidneys might not be too happy having to do all the EXTRA work filtering it for your blood. The purpose is to cleanse and rejuvenate...not put our body through extra work just so that we can enjoy it more. Our bodies like simple things...you are making it complicated so you don't get bored. Keep it simple for best results.
