Those are good observations and you are correct, I should probably continue with the salt flush. I don't mind the taste and try not to focus on the discomfort of drinking it. For me it's not as bad as some people post that it is. My difficulty with the salty flush is that it makes me feel all dried out and yucky all day. My mouth feels like it does after eating too much salty popcorn and it stays that way all day. And since it hasn't helped me in my bowel movements I wonder if it's really that good for me. If taking something makes you feel crappy (aside from detox) then I wonder if it is not healthy for you to be doing that. If one continues with daily salt water flushes for 2 weeks...that is alot of salt you are putting through your body.

I'm not the expert...I just base my opinons on how my body feels.
