Hi Rudi

The tingly feeling is when you are drifting off in to REM. Isn't that the first stage of sleep. Any way, just as you are falling to sleep you can feel a few different things.

1) a sensation that your body is lifting upwards

2) you can feel your blood pulsing through the body

3) Your ears feel like they are covered, they become muffled.

4) you can feel tingling at the same time your body as the drifting upward sensation.

Hay, some times you start to leave the body, but get scared and jerk awake. This is how I knew that is was going to have an OBE. Just as soon as you start to drift off to sleep, it starts all over again. You can't top it. Well, I can't stop it, or control it

Ana
