Thanks Yemaya...your post saved me a lot of time!

Just to add...colonics are not a replacement for an intensive colon cleansing program. People will occassionally pass mucoid plaque during a colonic...but to remove a signficant quantity of it a cleansing program should be performed. When you do a Colon Cleanse you take it by mouth so it cleanses the entire GI tract...not just the colon. The combination of colonics and a colon cleansing program provide the most effective cleanse...quicker results and less complications.

And enemas are fine to do at home in a pinch to relieve constipation....but they are very limited in what they remove from the colon. You can find all sorts of enema info at the following link:
