Re: Tortillas might not be the best thing to eat...to Old Pilot
Old Pilot,
This may be the time you get to see how well the epson salts works. I take one tablespoon of
Epsom Salts in a small glass of water. Be sure to stir it well, so the salts dissolve. If relief does not come, the dose can be repeated in one hour. If you take the second dose, you may have diahrrea in a few hours or the next day..........( I do not care if I get diarhrrea, as long as the gall bladder attack is stopped. )
If you got the food from Taco Bell, I would bet that the refried beans in the tortilla contains lard. The cheese is bad bad....even in small quantities, when the liver is congested and the gall bladder is full of stones. White flour, (what the tortilla is made of) causes more stones to form. So does
White Sugar . Actually NO processed or prepared foods are good for us. Especially when we are already having gall bladder or other problems.
My friend.....coke is awful too. I know, cause I used to drink at least six diet cokes every day.
Drink water and more water. Then drink some more water !!
All animals fats are bad. Plant fats are good.....olive oil, flax seed oil and avacado are the ones I use now.
You can still squeeze in another
Liver Flush before your vacation. Good luck and keep posting. We all care!
