Flushing and having a colonic

I've read the suggestions about colonics and I figure that I would give it a try. Since I've started flushing I have had headaches, which are very rare for me and more neck pain. I know they are symptoms of gallbladder problems, but I'm also wondering if maybe part of the problem is toxins released from the flushes. I saw someone suggest a colonic before and after the flush. This will be my first colonic and I was planning on doing it Saturday after my flush on Friday. Is that too close together? Should I do my fast a day earlier? Oh, and I'm also having acupuncture done on Thursday. Is this too much for my body? Tweet
