I appreciate your input, but I honestly don't see how what I ate for breakfast could have affected this flush. I'm not saying your wrong, I just don't get it. The amount of fat I ate the morning of the flush was about one-half gram. That was done about 14 hours before the flush. I don't remember if I had coffee that morning, but my coffee is decaf and the little I put in the water is just about enough to color it.
Oddly enough what seemed to bring on this attack was the apple juice, but I have my doubts that was it. I'm beginning to think the attacks just come without any help from what I've been eating, but I don't know for sure. However, since the GB sends bile at the first sign of fat it would reasonably seem that the fat would have to be eaten shortly before the attack. One question though. Does pasta have fat in it, or is it another food not to eat? I'm afraid I can't do another flush before the trip, that would be my third "flush" in two weeks. I may have to cancel the trip. And, no I sure haven't forgotten the ES cure.
Regardless the pain and pressure stopped once a couple hours ago, and then started again, and now the pain and pressure just quit again. I'm going to sleep while I can.
