Ok I am getting ready for the final dose of ES (it is 10:07am). I have only went to the bathroom 1 time since the last dose…nothing interesting, except little brown/tan flecks floating in water…if this sounds gross, I am sorry. Anyway, I am going to do the last dose now. I will report back. Can I drink water or apple juice right away or should I wait awhile? I will wait for a response before I do anything. Thanks again everyone.
