You can store up to 17 Lbs of food in your colon. When you fast you empty that out and when you start eating you fill it back up, especially if you eat lots of starch and cooked foods that takes a long time to digest. Eating raw fruits and veggies will help as they pass right through you. But to get an acurate weight count for the long term you need to stay on exercise and eating right for several months or years. However, the best way to judge is not on the scale but in a mirror...or do a body fat measurement. Arnold Swarzzenegor weighs more than me but I'm quite sure I'm "fatter". It's all relative to body muscle and mass.
