Re: repetitive problem
i copied this post that was responding to someone who wanted to remember a specific time in their life:
newleaf, i'll tell you what is sad: my memory. i can't finish a thought sometimes because i can't recall the point of what i was saying. i have to doublecheck everything at work, because i am afraid i forgot something. my wife is frustrated with me because she tells me things, and i don't remember what she said. i miss my turns in traffic because my mind doesn't register that i needed to go that direction. i cannot multitask because i can only focus on one thing at a time. my brain feels foggy alot of the time unless i drink alot of caffeine. i would love help with this, and that is one of the reasons that i want to bowel/parasite/liver cleanse.
i will help you though: when you are in bed about to go to sleep, ask your brain some very specific questions about this timeframe. give it a little time to show you the answer. sometimes the answer will be a parallel of what you wanted to know, but you have to tell it 'no, not that', and then ask a more specific question. if you never receive the answer, just keep doing this each night. the answer will appear in your dreams, or during the day when you least expect it. the brain is constantly trying to figure things out, even when you are sleeping. that 'tip of your tongue' feeling is the brain knowing the answer, but not able to show you strongly enough yet.
