Virgin Oil de Coco Creme and Coconut Supreme are one and the same oil, just different sellers. ;) Tell me more about your expeller pressed oil, I am almost out and would like to buy more. Is it steamed to take out the coconut flavor and smell? There are some things I don't want to use my expensive virgin for and need some cheaper deodorizzed expeller on hands for. :)

to take a look at it, but I think you are already a member as I have seen you post a few times. :) For the most part, I enjoy it there. I enjoy the open interaction, though there has been some uncalled messages posted of late. But I love the fact that we can discuss other venues of health freely and anything about coconut oil that we wish without our messages being rejected.
