I've bought canned coconut milk and coconut cream (called "santan" in malay) which had no additives. I mean, some brands do, but some don't. So I just buy the ones that don't. The coconut cream is thicker, a higher fat content, so I guess it's somewhere between coconut milk and coconut oil. I love using it but I don't really know where it stands, nutritionally. Sometimes it separates, leaving a really thick fat and a watery liquid, which really is high fat. People told me about making it themselves but it sounded kinda difficult. Wish I could just buy it fresh, now THAT would be good stuff!
