Hi,

Yes this is a great way to have coconut :) and you get all of the properties fresh :)

The coconut water and the meat are both good for you.

Some find it hard to find fresh coconuts or find it too difficult to eat so they use VCO instead.

Even though I am a VCO Producer I must said when you can eating fresh coconut is still the best :)

Put the water and the meat in a blender does sound like a very good Idea :)

But if you are going to drink the water do it as soon as you open the nut as the water doesn't stay fresh very long.
