The only oils we have in our home are VCO, butter from grass fed diary, olive oil, and beef fat from grass fed cows. With that said we do go out to eat about twice a month. We eat organically, which for us includes no soy and a kosher life style. So, almost nothing we eat comes out of a box or can. Plus my husband and I work together out of our home, I prepare three meals daily. So, our bi-monthly outings give me a break from cooking.
