We have tried a few times now to make the VCO into chocolate pieces to eat each morning. So far, it was pretty messy, separated, stuck to the pan, etc. We tried the bran recently, but really hated it. Don't know if I did something wrong, but we just bought some bran and put it to try to thicken it up. What happened is that when you eat it, it all melts and leaves little pieces of bran stuck in your teeth. We didn't like it and ended up throwing the whole batch away. So, we had an idea. We put natural peanut butter in the last batch. We put it all in a blender, then poured it out into a bowl and put it in the freezer. Then we took one of those little cookie dough things that scoop out the dough and has a lever to scoop it out (Kinda like a bigger ice cream scoop)and scooped it out into ball shaped things and put it on wax paper and put it back into the freezer.
It really tastes great, just like having a reeses every day. This is by far the best result we have had.
