Well I think we just made our vco fudge about as easy as it can get. We have tried different things, but always had a problem getting the mix out of the blender and into small chunks of some sort. Well, today we found the holy grail for us. We found a silicone baking pan at Kohls. It is flexible, you can bake with it or freeze it and it is dishwasher safe. I know it is not as perfect healthwize as glass, but this works. We just poured the blender of mix into this pan and put it in the freezer. We later took it out, peeled off the pan, and cut up the fudge with a pizza cutter. Very easy. They turned out great and it was much faster than anything else we have tried.
