Yep, pretty big gauze pad. What I'd do then is what I did the other nite. I got sunburned over the weekend so I put olive oil and aloe vera on my back. It was very greasy. So I put an old t shirt on and went to bed, the olive oil didn't come through the t shirt maybe the coconut oil wont' either. Tweet
