Where do you live that it is okay for a 23yo and 16yo to get it on?? For an example and this has happened-- the 16year olds father decides he does not like the older boy his daughter is dating, he reports them to the police since the age of consent is 18 and then the police take it from there and depending on the circumstances you could be sentenced go to jail and be labled a pedophile (sex offender) for all eternity. That might be what mountain dew is talking about. And seriously?? I know 16 year olds can look mature for their age and all but YUCK. Stick to your own age group, 16 is still so very young you should remind yourself when you see her that she is still a child teetering on the brink of adulthood but a child none the less.
