ah,ok.. on a treadmill! I was wondering how you are supposed to walk in front of the tv! Anyway, I enjoy walking outside, we live downtown and there are plenty of nice places to walk to and get some fresh air. Unfortunately its snowing outside today! and I screwed up my body by staying up late for 3 weeks studying and working on my deadlines. now I cat get to sleep until 3am, last night it was 4am and I got up at noon today! I feel all screwed up!someone told me not to go to sleep at all and then just go to sleep the following night. I think they are nuts, I neeeeeed some sleep! I have another exam on tuesday that I need to start studying for now! I still havent gotten on track with my diet either, I think the 3 hr diet is a good concept too, I simpley dont feel like eating that much when I dont sleep though.
When my husband gets home I will get him to go for a walk with me, we normally have nice chats while we walk and I walk longer with him and faster! I will let you know.
