You've misinterpreted my text, and criticized based on that misunderstanding.

Nowhere did I tell anything aginst males. I am male after all, and quite "in love" with male side in me.

But forgiveness requires empathy and that's female type of energy. It has nothing at all to do with women. It has all to do with emotions. Since women are at least seemengly more emotional then men, we call that the "female" side. Native indians for instance don't call male side of things "male" but "warrior". Maybe that's more appropriate as both men and women are capable of "warring"?

All in all, "male" is all about reason, "female" about emotions and empathy. It takes emotions to forgive, as it is not a rational thing - it's a feeling. You don't come to a "conlusion" that you've forgiven; you feel that pain is gone. It also takes "male" type of confidence to forgive, as well as male type of concetration and focus to forgive.

But, the reason why I concetrated on female side of things is because it is a continuation of a correspondance between autumn and me where I think that she suppressed her female side. And this is actually true for many, many people; women just as much as men are pressured to not feel and not be trully emotional (and that maybe even more true with women then men! but that is another discussion). Dominant, agressive behaviour is very much "in" in our culture, and sensibility, emotions, empathy, are considered a "liability". Tweet
