When someone hurts my feelings in a significant way. I get so angry that I feel afraid what can I say with all that ANGER, so I remain silent.
I take physical distance and then my anger and rage starts to emerge.
Is that a good thing to do?
I would perfer not to get that angry and allow my self to give an assertive response but sometimes I can´t help it. When I´m very emotional attached to the person who has hust me. Wrigt or wrong, good or bad?
