Re: know the three-get the three

Due to a lot of study, and finally insight, I have been shown that I, along with so many others are stuck in the first of two steps in a three step dance concerning ourselves, and then others get caught up in this unfinished business.
The first level is our shell, the physicalness of our being. Everyone can see it, and affect it if they so chose, hence the name "shell".
The second level is the psyche, the inner person, the personality, intellect and emotion of the person. This we show to very few, as very few are truly interested in getting this close to you, this fear can reflect and affect you as well, if you are not comfortable with yourself. This layer is called your mind.
The third and most important area is your spirit. This is the place, deep inside that shows your true being. If you had all the power in the world, what would you do with it? If disaster was upon you, what would you do, not just for yourself, but for the others around you. Call this layer your heart.
From your post, it seems that you are in love with feeling love towards another, and in love with another feeling and expressing love towards yourself. Even in physical relationships, this feeds the "shell" layer pretty good. Open the curtain to emotion , intellect and personality and the arguments both of you have within this layer are mirrored in any weakness the other has. No-one can truly give you security, or comfort, unless you have it within yourself to begin with, as you otherwise would not (or could not) recognise it.
True security and comfort is not dependent upon keeping some close, while keeping others away. True security and comfort come from your spirit, and that light is hidden from most of us behind a curtain that only we can open. No medical or legal professional can open that curtain for you. No other person can open that curtain for you. The light you seek for you inner and outer person should come from within, no dependent on another's light to see you way through.
Stick with this person you have, but each of you needs to get your spirit exposed, your inner light showing and dependence on the other broken. Remember, if you had all the power in the world, what would you do with it? How would you deal with good, bad, indifferent, disaster and peace? Both of you need this inner wisdom to affect and run your life's minds and shells. This is the soul you crave, but you must find it in yourself, to see it in another. Become familiar with your soul, and your soul will guide you to another that matches, if the one you are with is not him. Tweet
