1) avoid the media - love stories/patnrships and endings - can make you feel that there is a lack (that is what most of them are designed to do)
2) recognise that people reflect you - if you feel angery you will find others around you reflect how you feel and if they don t they soon will
3) do something you like doing and learn to like yourself, if the relationships don t change..
4)then further self examination is required
