From what you listed you are eating fruits and vegetables all day until you have your supper and than you add fish or poultry, once in a while red meat with more vegetables lightly steamed.
I am wondering if your brain thinks you are starving your body and is going to the glucose in your pancreas and turning it into fat so you can survive. I know you eat thru the day but everything your eating is mostly water and is eliminated within an hour after eating it. The meat is probably giving you the energy from the protein, because it may have to turn into carbohydrates by the body so you can do everything you do. You sound like your really built well, but concerned with the weight and fat in your body.
Are you eating nuts, seeds, beans legumes,? Do you eat 8-12 oz meat (your choice) a day? Are you eating sweet potatoes at all? Do you put olive oil on your salads or vegetables, You need this for your body to work well.
