I'm doing the warrior diet, you skip breakfast and lunch and you eat as much as you want for dinner. I also eat 80% vegetables&fruit and 20% grains&proteins and drink a lot a lot of water. The first two-three days it is a bit difficult, but then it is a piece of cake, really. pounds go away fast and it is an extremely healthy diet, very detoxifying and everything, which is good because you loose weight without aging or looking weird which happens sometimes. During the day you are not obliged to fast totally, you can have juices, fruits, vegetables (without dressing), I have super-food if I feel hungry (lemon+honey in water,blackstrap molasses, seeweeds, apple cider vinegar in water, dandelions juice, birch tea etc). Super-foods load you with minerals which raise your energy, calm your cravings and make you loose weight magically by alkalising your body.
If you are able to stick to the plan you can count on 1 or 1/2 pound a day.
