Well, from my personal experience I have lost about a stone just for 7 days. The secret was I was eating just fruits and vegies as much as I wanted, working in the Housekeeping department, and I was IN LOVE..:)).... In ur case, I think, u can surely loose ur kgs even if u r going to eat healthy stuff (u can add a bit of protein) and exercise in moderations... I have NO doubts about it, dear!!..:))
