What helped me the most was just to do Atkins or South Beach. Pretty much the same diet. LOW sugar. Occasionally I do have some dessert or something sweet but I no longer drink wine (very yeasty and aggravating) Now I drink plain vodka. I also realised I got high from the Sugar in the wine not the alcohol. I used to overdo the wine but never the vodka. No yeast breads. Sourdough seems to be OK and so is flatbread. But pretty much anything with yeast will set me off.
