Re: Hey, I had that joint pain, too

You said that people have gone years without liver flushing, bowel cleansing and what not. Well, hear me out here.

From the beginning of man up until the rapid technological advancement of mankind (the 1900's), most people did not need to do these cleanses. Why not? Almost everything they were putting into their bodies was natural, organic. With technology came processed this and processed that. Pesticides on this and preservatives in that. Today we are filling our bodies with junk. Evolution or Creation (whichever you believe) did not intend us to eat these things. We weren't built to handle them, and our bodies pay the price.

Yes there are different things you can do to strenghten your liver. I actually have some herbs that I boil and then drink the tea which supports the liver. Here is a link http://www.drclarkstore.com/lisutea.html

The tea tastes like cr@p! And it is not nearly as good as flushing the liver. I too was skeptical about flushing my liver, but after the second flush (nearly 100 stones came out and my Acne was pretty much gone for the next 2-3 days) I became a believer.

It would be a lie to say that the thought of suicide never crept into my mind. It is unfair. I know EXACTLY how you are feeling. You have to keep your hopes up. It could be worse. Just think that you could also have the long-term side effects of anti-biotics to go along with your Acne like myself. You don't realize it now, but coming to this board was your first step to curing your Acne and living a long healthy life.

Everyday I think about what kind of person I would be if I didn't have acne. You know what I realized. I realized that I would much rather be the person I am today then the person I would have become if I didn't grow up with acne. I have become very compassionate. I volunteer my time and I love helping others above benifiting myself. My acne will go away, but the person I am will be with me forever.

Find meaning to your life. A hope for the future will give you the drive to live and will squash the thoughts of suicide.
