Quitting all milk products made my Acne disappear. I had it really bad when I was a teenager. I also ate a lot of pasta and carbs when I was a teen, having no idea. Sleeping in and going to bed after working out (sweating) wasn't a good idea. So keep your excercise and heavy thinking (thinking burns a lot of calories and makes you oily) to the afternoon hours. Use the evening for relaxing. I've noticed keeping a regular diet, especially the sleeping part of your diet is the best. Even under heavy stress when I wake up early in the morning, shower, shave, and work 14 hours all day then shower before bed my skin becomes the clearest and smoothest. A busy lifestyle is good for you.
