My diet isn't a strict Candida diet, I just dont eat bread, processed sugars, diary, red meat. Instead I substitute with rice milk, organic eggs, I make my own pancakes/bread with buckwheat and brown rice flour, I substitute Sugar with a alternative called Stevia. I eat some nut butters aswell, so its only red meat I dont eat, I occasionally have chicken, usually once a week.
Dont Know what body type I am??
The reaction I get in my skin from anything with Sugar init was too much for me which is why I'm taking care in what I eat. Even fruit breaks me out.
