Are you making your own juices?

When you mention "fresh Orange juice and pineapple juice", I wondered if you were buying juices. That is expensive and limiting. If you must buy juices, get a shot of wheatgrass for every drink.

If you have your own juicer, experiment with small amounts of green juices. The weirdest veggies taste good as raw juice. Cabbage is sweet, though in quantity, it can upset the bowels. Broccoli is mellow. Green bean is strong.

My method is to use the sweet juices as an accent to the veggies. Cabbage offset by apple. Green bean with carrot and parsely. Kale with beet and lemon.

Juicing herbs is amazing, but use small quantities. Last summer, I did a tomato/basil juice, with some celery, cucumber, bell pepper and zucchini. Wow!
