Thank for your sharing your experience and very encouraging message. I am doing my fast secretly not letting people around me to know in case I receive negative power.
I will do the flush at the end of fasting.
I do feel I am still in the cleaning, over liver and lung and brain even, feel blessed to find this nature way to heal myself.
