i collected a big bag of nettles today(medicine for kidney)

Today, I collected a big bag of nettles today and made a glass of juice from it and put a bit lemon and drank it. I feel some enegy is working on my kidney. I am so happy to find something good for kidney.

In fact I was also seeking dandlion but could not find them in the clean places.
Now I have more source for green juice. The spinach here is so expensive to juice. It is 6 euro per kilo here.
I believe I can heal my kidney by drinking the nettle juice.
