Sure, I'm with you. I think I'm gonna dry fast today tho b/c Im gonna be on the road and not in easy access of a bathroom for most of the day. Water Fasting stomps on your bladder lol. But I'll prolly start w/ water tomorrow. Anywho, I'll see if I can make it through this week. 5 days. Last week I made it through 48 hours on water but since I have not binged..just been eating raw and small bits of cooked food-spaghetti, toast, a piece of bacon, boiled eggs, hot dogs w/o bread, ice cream and a lf yogurt.Not the healthiest break but hadn't gained any lost weight back, prolly b/c I didn't stuff myself. And I run. So if I can do another 48, that'd be great. 72? even better.
