i am on day 3 of my first true water fast. i tried fasting before, but usually failed on day 3, or ate little nibbles of stuff here and there.
i have lost roughly 7 lbs so far. my body is feeling tired, but i had a very hard time falling asleep last night. i am getting nervous about the fatigue that i will have over the course of my fast. saturday i have to work in merchandise booth at an all-day event. i dont want to be lightheaded or black out or anything. for those who are on fasts now, are you able to go about your busy everyday work schedule without fatigue kicking in?
