Yeah, I am a day and a half into my 4 or whatever how long water fast. I found advice up here months ago that I am just now taking. Try preparing for it the week prior, eat lots of raw fruits and veggies and really light foods, and drink lots of water. That way your appetite will already be accustomed to a little monotony and b/c the foods are so light, fasting on water wont be so difficult. If you go into it having just eaten a bunch of junk and fast fatty foods as I've tried before, the fast will be almost impossible if you don't have a really strong mindset,and more than likely you'll cave in to your cravings. Cold turkey isn't the best method, for me and many others. Anywho, good luck!!
