Well, every other day ends up being day 1 for me. Tomorrow is yet another. I won't go into details. Same old story, but I have until November 4th to lose 10-20 pounds, and tomorrow is water-only until I reach my goal, which will probably be all the way until November 4th. I have lost quite a bit of weight over the past 2 months, but am now struggling with the last stretch here, and it's getting to the point of being ridiculous. Coming on here helps me out a lot, so I'd love to be a fasting buddy with you.
I'll post my starting weight tomorrow, and will update every day (probably more, knowing me), and am looking forward to finding out how you come along too. Are you planning on exercising? By the way, what are your exact numbers? I'm 5'8" and weigh 145 or so. I want to get down to at least 135, preferrably as close to 125 as possible. I was about 175 in early August, so I've made some good progress up to now, and now I've got to see this thing through.
I'm aiming to do cardio and pilates every day. I'm having a hard time with it because I'm in school, and am tired so much of the time, between not eating and staying up late with schoolwork, but it's only about 3 weeks of steady work, and I can handle that. I just have to bite the bullet and sweat a lot until then, but I know it will pay off! It is the "getting started" part that I have to work on though!
