Isn't that weird? Ironic? I'm not hungry, but I'm so bored of npt eating and always finding excuses not to eat (for other ppl). My teeth want some work lol.
No, seriously, I do feel "bored" - I can't find any better word now. I feel like it would be really "entertaining" to mix a salad and actually EAT it! To sit down with my bf or even go out for dnner. Anyone experienced this and any suggestions to make it pass. I'd like to go for another week or at least as long as my stomach becomes flat. I'm eating nothing and drinking herbal teas + water (occassional coffee...) - do you think adding some juice would be clever or stupid idea now - as actually I'm feeling great without juices now?
And, by the way - I've reached from 144 to 133 lbs in a week.
