Thanks so much for your feedback. I've fasted before, always with juice so this time I'm probably going to do it by drinking water and juice, as I find water too restrictive. The thing is my eating habits have been so unhealthy for so many months now that's I feel very bloated in the face etc so I was hoping that even a week of juice fasting would help me shed about 10 - 14lbs. In your opinion do you think this weight loss is achievable in a week?
