What I dont know is what a healthy weight loss rate would be considered...do you feel that losing weight that quickly is ok for your body or a bit much?? Also does it stay off?? To me 12-14 pounds in a week seems quite shocking but if you feel ok then I totally understand you going for it. I honestly didnt realise it was possible to lose that drastically through fasting as ive always done juice, please take care and good luck Emma.
