Hi guys,

I want to tell (esp two of u) some my thoughts about ur 14 day water fast.. U both have quite important events on 20th and do u really think that u will be "standing properly on ur legs" after ur 14 days fast is over?.. Do u really think that after such amount of days u can start eating junk food immediately??... I dont think ur stomache will say thank u for that (it is v dangerous).. U need at least one week to recover after ur fasts and gain energy back not just for sport event but also for get together party. A WEEK AT LEAST!... Of course I understand both of u coz I am almost in the same shoes.. My bf is going back here at the end of this month and, of course, I want to impress him (hehe).. So my idea is lets not go to extreems and either stick to the right diet all this time or if we really want to then lets start 7 days Water Fast and then give us time TO RECOVER. Otherwise it can be a trouble not a victory.. My dificulty is that I am working in the Housekeeping and it is difficult to fast and at the same time to work in the way we usually do in my department. For me this fast is not just a matter of loosing weight but also health issue. So lets be realistic and start together. We also can chat and support eachother through http://www.skype.com it is free talks like through a phone. So, what do u think about my idea?
