you should only exercise on a juice fast. sip at your juice through out your exercise to help keep your body in balance. you need less exercise while fasting too.
i would do 20-30 minutes of light exercise (like a walk) and just see how you feel. y

- Will I need to do more than one fast in order to lose the frist 20 lbs?

just like any other depends on your metabolism. expect 5-10 to come back on in colon weight when you start eating again. the scale may look bad but you wont notice it on your body.

- How much should I expect to loose the first fast I do (approx. 7-10 days)?

the first fast you will lose a lot because you are emptying out your colon. you will lose at least 10 pounds. AT LEAST.

- How much should I expect to gain back once I start eating again?

you HAVE To eat 50-75% of what you ate post fast for up to 6 weeks as your metabolims will need to wake back up. 5-10 comes back in colon weight.
