Before I embark on this adventure, I want to make sure that I am doing it the best way possible. I tried to just start water fasting, and it was too difficult to sustain.
Did you start off just doing low-carb to get rid of the hunger for the first few days, then switch to VLCD (like less than 800 a day)? Or did you switch to water/juice fasting? I am 195 and I used to be about 150 a few years ago, and I would like to get get back to that size as quick (and hopefully not too painfully) as possible.
