that IS what gets in peoples way of being that way, isnt it? it is a shame. i can tell people the simplest things and they must always change it. they always know better. it is no wonder that doctors long ago quit telling their patients to eat right and exercise. why waste the time? people see it as their RIGHT to always do otherwise. so be it. thats why i love this forum. the first principle is obedience! so simple. so elegant. and so hard to do. the frame of mind alone which allows obedience is healing in and of itself. everything takes place in the mind first. people would rather die, apparently.
