How do you know if you need to use olive leaf extract?

I'm currently doing a parasite cleanse before my next liver flush. I was wondering if I should use olive leaf extract to -- and also, why should one even use it?

I've read reasons on the net but I love MH candidomania -- if anyone recalls what MH has said about this, please do share! :)
